go that way
http://halfsmile.org/tower/It's a wiki. Right now I'm using it like a blog. But feel free to write in it.
Pick a phrase that's meaningful for you, name a page with it, and expound upon what meaning the phrase has for you. Best submissions will be pinned on the corkboard at the front of the class and affixed with gold stars.

Or: poke around sympathizer.org. That's a wiki too, though a different kind, cleverly designed, and currently read-only to everyone except me. Think of it as a blog with a whole bunch of nifty features.
In any case, no point hanging round here anymore, unless there are old posts you like to re-read (which would surprise and please me), in which case I invite you to link to them in the comments.
an assessment
The journey goes on, etc, etc. Perhaps one day I will become a celebrated writer. Perhaps one day I shall dream such a fecund dream that my sleep will stretch over universes unending. When we're not looking, goblins cut up our visions of the future & paste them back together willy-nilly. Etc, etc.
The desire to come here often and write has waned. Other desires compete for my attention. The Internet is still a wonderful cacophonous collision that dazzles me every time I merely dip a toe into it. (Social bookmarks! At last it is unnecessary to say anything about the cookie-crumb trail of sites I visit besides a handful of keywords. All the babbling about journalism was mere pretense and second-handing, you know. If only there were more options for bulk importing.) But the net is, after all, merely a reflection of the wonderful cacophony of the broader, brighter, more luscious & dangerous world, whose vortices have snared me in ways I did not know existed.
So I go. Do excuse me for a moment, perhaps a very long one, whilst I go looking for paradise on earth. Full steam ahead through hell and banality to the revolutionary imperfection of the ordinary moment. Or some rot.
Cool blog! I'm just starting out in meditation. Any advice.
I love Bobby McFerrin's music. It resonates with my soul.

Everywhere is paradise..if your heart is paradise. Anyways, I found you are interested in Meditation. So I thought I'd drop by and say hi. I don't meditate..but I'm a budhist.
Hey, have you found paradise yet? I had a friend who was searching too. He thought that civilization was too chaotic so he decided leaving it. I wonder how he is doing at the moment..living like a hermit in a hut?
The world can be a big bang mess but through chaos, there is learning, beauty and hope in places we often overlook. I wish you well in your search.
